• Products will not be replaced for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Wrong selection of size, color, or model by the customer.

  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect product functionality.

• Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling, improper use, negligence, or normal wear and tear is not covered under replacement.

3. Replacement Process

• Once the claim is verified, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.

• If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A suitable alternative of equal value, or

  • A refund at our discretion.

• The replacement timeline may vary depending on product availability and logistics.

4. Customer Responsibility

• Customers must retain the original packaging, invoice, and all accessories for verification.

• Failure to provide proof of damage or missing documentation may result in rejection of the replacement request.

• The damaged product may need to be returned before a replacement is dispatched.

5. Company Rights

• We reserve the right to deny replacement requests if the claim is found to be invalid, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the above terms.

• Our decision regarding replacement eligibility shall be final and binding.

• These terms may be updated or modified without prior notice, and the latest version will always apply.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the replacement of the damaged product as per the above conditions.

• We are not responsible for any indirect losses, inconvenience, or expenses incurred due to product damage or replacement delays.
